I would suggest you not pay any brokerage or hire brokers. I hired a broker to sell our property and he promised us to get it sold within a month or two but it never happened. I therefore opted for NoBroker's seller assist plan and was able to sell it. I would suggest you also opt for such reliable companies to lease out your property.
You can also post a free ad on their website and give details about your property so do whichever suits you more.
