In Hyderabad, DTCP is the governing body which states the FSI value of the city. The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation also determines the FSI rules in Hyderabad. In Hyderabad, high rise buildings have free FSI. To encourage growth and development in the real estate sectors Hyderabad Government has presently removed all the FSI guidelines.
