Here is the complete process of why they took 12 hours to move to a 3-bedroom apartment.

1. The packers and movers began their work at 11 AM. One person started packing smaller items such as kitchen vessels, books, toys, and other things. It took them around one and a half hours.

2. The other three dismantled the cots and kept the parts separate, which took about 45 minutes. 

3. After that, they started packing larger items like the fridge, washing machine, and sofa, which took another hour.

4. Next, they packed items like the gas stove, mixer, grinder, TV, and decorative pieces in about 45 minutes. Overall, the entire packing process was completed within 4 hours.

5. The biggest task began after that. I was living on the third floor, so they had to carry all the items down the stairs. It took about one and a half hours. They loaded everything into the truck within 30 minutes.

6. The truck left with our household items at 5 PM and reached Chennai by the next day at 5 AM. My family and I traveled separately and reached our destination around 2 AM. The team then unpacked everything in about an hour.

And their packing also didn’t take very long because I had sorted out the stuff in my house beforehand so that it wasn’t a mess.
