You have said revocation done by Principal on the basis of Mismanagement etc...but when irrevocable power according to law (section 202,contract act) given to agent....The agent would be liable to look after of said property...Why interference of principal is required

A POA may be revoked by the principal in cases when the agent has engaged in flagrant mismanagement, violated the terms of the agreement, or acted outside of his or her authority. Even an irrevocable POA may be cancelled in these circumstances by giving notice of the revocation.
