Filling of online property statements is required for every person in the government sector and everyone in the public sector except peon to declare their property and assets as per the Lokpal Act. You can file your information along with all your details of the property on March 31 in every year or on or before July 31. The following steps will guide you on online submission of property statement or how to fill up property statement.

Submission of property statements in Kerala:

1) Open your browser and go to

official site of Kerala

.

2) Enter Permanent Employee Number (PEN) as user code, enter password and login.

3) Then a password change window will appear, change your password and login with a new password.

4) After login, select “Property Returns'' from “Profile” menu, add details and click “Confirm” button.

5) For immovable or movable property, enter detail, accept declaration and click “Confirm”.

6) Then you can print the form.

Submission of property statements in Odisha:

1) Open the

official website of Odisha here.

2) Click on “Personal Login”, enter details and login.

3) Under the Request or Submission Box, click the “Property Statement” option.

4) Click on “Add New”, enter details and click “OK” and it will be saved.

5) Click on “Record”, then on “Edit/View” button and enter details of immovable or movable property and click on “Save”.

6) Click on “Submit” and then “Ok” to submit and click on “View” to view printable format.
