I too did not get my salary slip in the first month but on telling the matter to my manager, the issue got cleared and from next month I got it in my Gmail Inbox. Now usually the employer emails the salary slip to you or you can check your employee’s portal and get it. If both these fail, just have a talk with your manager or HR and ask them the reason for not getting it.
A salary slip is an important document which states your income, deductions, taxes and more. In fact if you change your job, you will need to provide your former salary slip (if needed) to your current company so always try to get your salary slip as soon as possible.
