I hope you are trying to know how to get the money back from a dissolved company. A share is referred to a unit of ownership that is delivered by a capital company. Most of these companies are commercial companies and to get shares, you must have been holding a share or being a shareholder.

To calculate price per share, first find the worth of the company and divide it by the number of shares.

For eg: if you own 20 shares of stock for company and see that at this moment each share is worth Rs 500 then your total value will be 20*500= Rs10,000
