You first must go to the
Consumer Portal page of the TPCODL website

Click on the Login button. On the next screen, fill in your consumer account or the old account number. Fill in the captcha and click on Send OTP.
Once you receive the OTP, fill it in and move ahead.
You’ll be sent to your account page where you need to click on the Current and Bill History under the Billing option. You’ll find the Billing option under the My Account tab.
Choose the Payment History option from the menu.
Click on the payment for the particular month you wish to download. Click the download button to save the bill.
