Getting an Aadhar Card is not a hard task. My friend is an NRI but he too applied for it and got it so I hope you can get it easily as well. The best way is to get to an Aadhar enrolment centre and ask them about the procedure.
Yet I will tell you what is required.
Visit the official website of UIDAI or click on
https://uidai.gov.in/
Click on My Aadhar option and then on Book an Appointment
Select the location and then click on Proceed to book an appointment
Provide your mobile number and security code and then click on Generate OTP
You can also provide your email to get the OTP
Select an appointment to complete the process
Note that you will have to visit the centre for biometric identification and not everything can be done online.
