It won’t be difficult to locate your house since you already have the house number. I suggest you put the location on Google maps and if that does not help, you reach out to Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) with all the relevant house details you have and request them to help you locate your house.
Alternatively, you can visit the official website of Bhoomi to get property details in Bangalore:

Go to the link mentioned above and tap on the ‘For citizen’ button
Tap on the ‘View RTC and MR’ button
On the new page, fill in details such as Village, Hobli, Survey Number, District, Taluk, etc.
After that, property details as well as owner details will appear on the page.

Look up the sale deed or property papers the address of your property will be mentioned there.
If you are aware of the location, you may visit the property and check up neighbouring house numbers to find out what is yours.
If you have lost the property papers, then file an FIR and post an ad in the newspaper for the same. Then you will have to visit the SRO of the area in which your property is located and submit an application for issuance of duplicate documents.
