I got my token number when I was filing my TDS return. So just click on
https://www.incometaxindia.gov.in/Pages/tax-services/file-tds-return.aspx
Follow the steps mentioned here and you will get a confirmation statement of TDS under Section 200 (3) that has your token number of 15 digits.
You will need this number for downloading Form 16 and Form 16A from TRACES so note it and do not share it with anyone.
