My uncle is a civil engineer, and one of my friends recently asked him how can I get SRA Building Paper. He said you must apply for a No-Objection Certificate (NOC) at the SRA Office in your community in order to obtain the required documentation for building purposes. Additionally, you will require the following SRA documents for that:
Sale deed
Seller's electricity bill
Copy of the no-dues certificate from the housing society
PAN and Aadhaar cards of both the buyer and the seller
Share certificate, etc.
