All states have their own list of rules and regulations. Though, you will have to go through the official registration process to get a certified real estate licence in Jammu and Kashmir. You will have to register under
Jammu and Kashmir Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2020.The regulations are in line with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Authority. Just write an application under RERA and attach your documents to get registered.
