How to Get e-Khata Online in Karnataka?
Make sure that the local municipal corporation has a valid registration for your property. e-Khata is not available to properties that are not legally registered.
Visit the official E-Aasthi portal at
https://bbmpeaasthi.karnataka.gov.in/
.Tap on “Login.” Enter your mobile number. Solve the captcha. Receive OTP and verify. This logs you into your e-Aasthi account.
If a draft e-Khata already exists, search by:
Property owner name
SAS property tax application number
Ward details
To convert the draft into the final e-Khata, upload:
Registered sale deed (or deed number)
Aadhaar eKYC
Property photo + GPS/location
Property Tax Application Number / SAS number
Encumbrance Certificate (EC), if needed for sale/transfer
