I am also from Andhra Pradesh and recently got my domicile certificate. Here are the steps to get it:
Visit the nearest MeeSeva Centre.
Fill out the residence certificate form with your details, purpose, address, and self-declaration.
Submit the required documents to the operator and receive a receipt with your application number.
The Tahsildar will verify your application and approve it online.
Track your application via SMS or the MeeSeva portal, and collect your certificate once it is approved. Alternatively, you can also apply online from the AP government's official website. This is the process to get a domicile certificate in Andhra Pradesh.
