Don’t worry! If you have visited the nearest IPPB office but could not get guidance, then follow these steps:
Log in with your registered mobile phone or MPIN in the IPPB Mobile Banking App to access your India Post Payments Bank account number and customer ID online.
After that, go to your “My Profile” or “Account Details” option to see your account number and customer ID.
Additionally, you can check transaction history or e-statements within the app. There also you can get your details.

How can I find my IPPB customer ID and account number?
I lost my card that's why I want know the details bcz I m going nearest ippb offices they don't want to give me any response
