Visit the official website of
DTCP or Directorate of Town and Country PlanningClick on the option Approvals
Select Layout next and get the details
However, getting the 1984 DTP layout can be tough. I believe you will have to visit the Regional Deputy Director Office /Lpa Office personally and ask the officials to help you out. I hope this has given you some idea about how to check DTCP approved sites.
