Hi,
The name in the property ID can be changed via both online and offline modes.
For the offline mode, you will need to discuss the same with the Commissioner of Revenue and ask him/her about it.
For the online process, you will need to visit the official website of your respective municipal corporation. There you will get an option for an e-change of the name of the Taxpayer.
