It is totally upon a family to decide how big or small a house they need. All we want is to live happily for which my mother is ready to shift into a 1500 sq ft house anytime. In fact she has been looking at some 1500 square foot house designs from now on. Most of my father’s friends said that a 1500 sq ft house is not big enough but yes it can accommodate a family of 4 easily unless we want spacious rooms. The perfect area for 4 members is about 1800-2000 sq ft so 1500 sq ft is not too less and thus can be opted for.
What is the floor plan 1500 square foot house?
My father is planning to opt for a 1500 sq ft house only having 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom. The architect is yet to finalise it but let me tell you that he also said, if we want, we can even have 3 bedrooms as well but in that case the rooms will be small.
