NOC or No Objection Certificate is a legally binding document that showcases that there are no objections to selling / transferring / renting the property . It also includes if the person has my remaining dues or charges.
In the NOC, mention details like flat number, floor, area, building number being occupied. Also, mention if there are any remaining dues or charges. If the property is being transferred, then mention both the parties involved (transferee and transferor), date of transfer, etc. Important details like the name of the society and address are mentioned on the letterhead. You don’t need to repeat those.
