Vastu is one of the common beliefs every Indian tends to follow while purchasing a house. Vastu focuses on astronomy, astrology, science and art. People mostly avoid South-facing houses for many reasons. But as per Vastu, every direction has its own perk. Let us learn about three bedroom flat house plan as per Vastu.

The master bedroom with the toilet attached should be on the west side.
On the northwest side should be the guest bedroom.
On the northeast side should be the kid’s bedroom.
The shared toilet should be located in the East direction.
The kitchen should be located on the Southeast corner of the house.
The drawing room should be located on the Eastern side with a staircase inside the house.
This was the three bedroom house plan with staircase as per Vastu guidelines.
He also shared another three bedroom flat house plan as per Vastu.
40’X62′ 3bhk South facing House Plan:He made a plan for a 3 BHK house which was 2480 sq ft in area.
The kitchen should be located in the Southeast direction of the house.
The dining area and hall should be located in the East direction.
The primary bedroom with an attached bathroom should be located in the Southwest corner of the house.
The guest bedroom should be located in the Northwest direction and the kid’s bedroom should be located on the west side of the house.
The toilet and the staircase should be located on the West.
