Hi,
Last year, the court in Mumbai ruled that garage or parking space comes within the purview of common areas and that’s why the developer or builder does not have any right to sell garage or parking space. Therefore, I don’t think you will get any compensation for the garage during redevelopment. However, I still suggest you consult a lawyer to know more about the same.
