Hi All, I am looking to buy a flat in Chennai for self occupation. Need your suggestion as to whether 85L (+ Registration my side) is the fair price to pay for the following property in West Mambalam Chennai: Location: Chakrapani Street, near railway track side Age of Flat: 25 Years UDS: 714 Sq Ft Flat Area: 1114 Sq Ft (2 BHK) First floor, east facing 6 flats in the building (G,1 and 2nd floor 2 flats each floor) I like the flat location and the overall interiors. Though exterior wise it is not been painted for a while. There is no water problem as well. Can someone suggest fair price to pay. Thanks Praveen Kumar
