HFFC Home loan processing fee was one of the first concerns I had when I applied for a home loan. They said that the processing fee will depend on the loan amount and then charged around 20k for it although I know someone who had to pay a lesser amount. I am not sure how the calculation works but I feel I have been overcharged there.

I am quite satisfied with HFFC home loan as of now. I spoke with my loan agent and my home loan is approved. I had to submit the documents for the mortgage loan and after verification and physical visit to my shop, the loan was approved. I have been told that it will be disbursed in the next 15-20 days. I would say my loan agent is quite good and knows his job well.

HFFC home loan reviews. My experience with HFFC has been very smooth. Initially I was worried about the paperwork and the technicalities but the manager at the local HFFC branch guided me through the process. The interest rate I paid was 11%, which seems normal to me. Overall, as a self employed person, I am happy I could avail the HFFC home loan in easy steps. Added benefits of no pre-payments was cherry on cake for me. This is one of honest HFFC home loan reviews. I took a loan from them last year during the COVID- 19 pandemic and my experience with them went well. They have a separate type of home loan for salaried individuals, self-employed people, NRI, senior citizens, Construction, etc. All the different types were impressive to me. Since I was an existing customer, I did not have to pay any prepayment charge. The maximum loan period they are providing is 25 years. Further, HFFC home loan has a long list of features where I found a loan enhancement option. The relationship manager was very helpful as well.
