Sir, I need to mention that unfortunately you do not have any rights to claim over that property. Your sister is the sole owner of the property and she can decide anything as per her wish.

Hello, I need to know the Indian law for property matter. My father bought a house 12 years back and registered it in my sister’s name. I was not happy about it as I was their only son and told my parents that the property should be registered in both our names but my parents kept insisting that they registered in my sister’s name as registration was cheaper if registered under my sister's name so I did not contest their wish. Now my father and my mother have both passed away and my sister claims that the property belongs to her only and she will give it to her three children. I also have two children but she doesn’t care to share it. I want to know if I still have the rights to this property and if she can sell or transfer it to her children without my consent.
