Hi,
As far as I know, the oral sale agreement is enforceable by law but you will have to prove the oral agreement’s existence if any disputes arise in the future. In that case, you will have to prove oral agreements either by a witness before whom such agreement happened or a recording of such agreement when it took place.
This is why I suggest people make a written sale agreement before giving any money to anyone.
