I also believe that the GHR Titania price is high. It is a gated community with good quality materials used but the starting price of Rs 1.2 crores is too high. I checked out the GHR Titania brochure online first and then paid a visit there. Let me share some of their specifications-
The master bedroom walls are painted with plastic emulsion paint
Vitrified tiles have been used for all rooms’ flooring
They have an RCC frame structure
All the walls apart from the master bedrooms are painted with acrylic emulsion
The project is all set to wrap up by this year so you can pay a visit here and decide whether you want to buy an apartment here or not.
