A conveyance deed is a legal document that certifies that the land ownership has been transferred to a cooperative housing society from the previous landowner or a developer. As per my knowledge, the MHADA conveyance procedure does not require a broker. Conveyance is just the transfer of property rights in the name of the Co-operative Housing Society of the federation or building. Depending upon the process, you will have to reach out the concerned department with the required documents. You can contact the helpdesk to know about the concerned department: 022-66405000/+91-9869988000.
