Hey,
I have recently enquired about the documents required for the application form for Sainik school for my daughter. I can share the same with you all;
a copy of the SC/ST Reserved Category Caste Certificate
Attested photocopy of birth certificate with date of birth
Certificate of Permanent Residential Domicile from SDO/ADM/DM
A serving certificate from the OC of the unit where the parent is currently serving is required for serving defence personnel cases.
A copy of the discharge certificate for an ex-serviceman, officially attested by any officer listed in the gazette.
The list of required documents may vary between Sainik Schools. Therefore, please double-check the information before sending the application form and enclosing the necessary paperwork.
