From what I have enquired, Brigade Gem is a township project by Brigade group that is coming on Sarjapur road. Official launch date is not yet out. I spoke to the sales team, they are saying that the Brigade Gem launch date is in second quarter of 2021, mostly mid-April.
Since, Prestige Smart City and Godrej Woodland project are already coming up in the Sarjapur area, and have plots, villas and apartments on the cards, Brigade may have similar plans with it's new Brigade Gem project.
