The main reason that you aren’t getting a call back is that either the location is not correct or you haven’t added sufficient photos. While renting out my property, I too faced the same issue. Then, here’s what I did:
a. Along with the photos, I added 2 videos of my property: One within the apartment and the other the outside of the apartment (the society).
b. I changed the rent and also mentioned that it can be negotiated.
c. Another thing that I realized was that my location wasn’t accurate. So I changed it and added the correct one.
d. Lastly, I mentioned the USPs of my property. My property had ample parking space and an amazing park. So I mentioned that. My society’s maintenance charge is quite low as compared to other societies, so I had to mention that! Apart from that, there is an international school just beside my society gate and 500 meters away, there’s one government hospital and one private hospital, so I added that as well.
