Just like you I had a flat I wanted to rent out. My friend recommended me to post an ad on the NoBroker website. I did so and my flat was rented in a span of 7-8 days. I will share details about the process below.
1.
Check out the real estate platform NoBroker
2. Select the option that says ‘ For property owners’
3. Mention your details including contact number, email address etc.
4. Select between residential and commercial.
5. Further, select property type.
6. Mention details about your property like year of construction, floor, number of rooms, etc.
7. Upload some HD pictures of your place.
8. Add information about the landlord aka you.
9. Hit Submit.
10. Once the property ad is verified by the NoBroker team.
11. The ad will go live.
12. Interested tenants will contact you on their own.
