Father made vasiyat in 2002 in favour of mother but mother couldn't do his nomination in Nagar Nigam till she was alive and expired in 2021 and made registered vasiyat in the name of one youngster brother's wife without informing elder two sons. Now the questions are 1) Is father's vasiyat is valid after 12 years of death? 2) after 17 year mother made vasiyat is questions, 3) now still property is in the name of father 4)now how we three brothers can take our hissedari from that property?
