Hi,
After the government approved the new redevelopment policy, MHADA identified 6 clusters for redevelopment. As per the MHADA officials, Panchanga and Govardhan are included in the 6 clusters.
The first cluster includes a group of 6 buildings situated near Mazgaon and Lower Parel, Umarkhandi, Currey Road, and Marine Lines. Approximately 4200 tenants of these buildings will be moved to bigger homes. The rest of the houses will be included in a lottery. As per my knowledge, the redevelopment can take around 10 years. I would suggest you reach out to MHADA officials to know about the progress.
