The project, Dra D Elite right now is in pre-launch mode. I spoke to the sales representative about the Price Range of the flat. They informed me that the range is Rs.56.42 L - 84.2 L *. I find the price to be suitable given the location of the project. After a few years the price is bound to go up because more infrastructure will be built. Right now, there is an empty ground outside the boundary wall. I hope it is developed into something else as the construction continues.

I have high expectations from the Dra D Elite project. The developers are offering a range of size variations to people i.e. 1058 sq. ft. to 1579 sq. ft. There are 2,2.5,3,3.5 BHK flats available there. More than that, I’m looking forward to seeing the amenities. There will be a gym, hall, table tennis room, carrom room, football field, etc. There will also be 24X7 CCTV security and guards which I'm very happy about.

Let me share my honest thoughts on Dra D Elite. The newly launched project is getting a lot of attention. I, along with a friend, are thinking of booking a flat there. Once, when the project is completed and handover is given in September 2024. The price will skyrocket. I think everything will go smoothly and the construction will be completed on time. There are no legal roadblocks as the developers already have registered the project under RERA and gotten the approval. The RERA number is TN/29/Building/0341/2021. I will book a South Facing 2 BHK which will be 1058 sq. Ft.
