Hi there,
When I moved to my rented house, I faced the same issue. The doors won’t close no matter how much I would put to close it! What you can do is apply some Vaseline or oil on the hinges of the door to check if it's working. If it doesn't even after the application of oil, you can hire a carpenter who can help you fix the door.
