Hey. So see the answer to whether do movers use pulleys or cranes if the lift is not available depends on the packer and mover. A lot of packers and movers usually don’t have pulleys or cranes for such circumstances. Professional ones or and larger packers and movers can have this service, but whether they use it or not depends on a lot of things.

Do Movers Use Pulleys if Lift isn’t there?

So, whether movers use pulleys or cranes or not depends on the weight of the item, the complexity of bringing it down and most importantly, the increased costs that come up with using these things. You also need permission to bring in pulleys or cranes. So, it is best that you have proper communication with the mover to know whether they have this service and if they use them or not.

In general, for items that can be handled, movers use the stairs to bring stuff down and charge extra for the increased effort as a whole.

This is all from my end. I hope this will help you.
