I live in Pune and had taken the plan some 5 to 6 months back. I was shown some candidates by the person called RM by NoBroker and I didn’t like a few but did go ahead and talk with the rest. Finally I did get a tenant and although it was a little troubling with slight delays in meetups and discussions, my work got done so nothing much to say otherwise.

So we did see an ad for this plan and the on spot and online promotion kind of had us interested. After talking to the representative we purchased the relax plan as we were searching for a tenant since the last 4 months. It did take some time to assign an RM and there was a change in the RM as well, which pushed the process a bit. That was kind of a downside. However, we liked one tenant and finalised it in the last two weeks of the plan.

I think the plan works up to an extent. If you get a good property relationship manager, the deal is great as they help out with finding the right tenants as per your agreed rent on time. But sometimes the RM can take time, so that is an area where it is a little tricky. I was able to find a tenant within the promised time period, though, after I rejected the first few sent by the manager. My effort was comparatively less is what I can tell you.
