A credit cooperative society is formed to provide credits to its members in times of need. Generally, there are two kinds of credit cooperative societies i.e, Agricultural Credit Society and Non-Agricultural Credit Cooperative Society.
Agricultural Credit Society is formed in villages to provide resources and loans to local artisans and farmers and non-agricultural credit society is formed to provide individual loans for other purposes. The non-agricultural credit societies are mostly formed in urban areas.
Online credit cooperative society registration in Delhi Process
- Visit the website https://mscs.dac.gov.in/Default.aspx.
- Go to the 'MSCS-MIS' tab.
- Click on 'New User'
- Fill in all the information required. Also fill out the details of MD, Chairman, Vice Chairman and other officers. PAN information should be entered too.
- After this, you will receive an OTP in your mail.
- Now you can log in with your username and password for registering the Credit-Co-operative Society.
- Details of members in the society including their date of birth proof. Registration can be done with a minimum of 50 members.
- Copies of PAN Card and Aadhar Card attested by the society's promoter.
- Certificate from the National Bank as proof of the formation of society
- Financial statement of past three years in case the cooperative society is not older than 3 years.
- Bye-Laws of society attested and presented by the promoter.
