No, you cannot link multiple bank accounts with your Aadhaar Card. Aadhaar can only be used to initiate 1 account at a time. Let’s say you have multiple accounts and have provided your banks with Aadhaar consent forms. Then the bank account that was initiated recently will be functional in the NPCI database.
