Can my neighbour build on the boundary wall?
No. Your neighbour cannot build anything on your boundary wall. It is illegal, and you have the right to take action against him/her. In several states, boundary wall distances are also set, but in cities like Delhi, no such norm exists. If your state specifies any rule, especially about the distance between your and your neighbour’s boundary walls, note it down and take action accordingly.
