I won’t say yes straight away. You should know that the banks and financial institutions have particular requirements when it comes to renting a property for an ATM. Some of the requirements I am aware of are:
Your property is located in a marketplace with higher footfall.
The shop should be compatible to have 6KVA load for 1 machine installation
The property must have a commercial permit and approval from local and municipal authorities
Your property should preferably on the ground floor
You can contact the bank representatives to know the exact requirements and modify your property accordingly. You must note that banks are careful while choosing properties for such purposes so make sure you have a complete list of their requirements beforehand. Banks release advertisements to invite applications from property owners for installation of ATM as well so keep an eye out for it.
If you don’t want to wait that longer and want a good commercial tenant then you should list your property on NoBroker immediately.Your Feedback Matters! How was this Answer?
