Yes, you can. Here is the process you can follow to paint your light switches:
First, safety. Cut the power before you start. Remove the switch plate, tape off the electric box, and protect the surrounding area.
If you’ve recently painted the walls, be sure they’ve fully cured so you don’t peel off the paint with the tape.
Lightly sand the switch, plate, and screws with 400-grit sandpaper.
Wipe away dust with a tack cloth.
Next, apply a thin coat of adhesive primer to the switch, switch plate and screws using a small paintbrush, and allow it to dry.
Use a small brush or paint sprayer to easily apply the paint on your switch.
Once dry, you can carefully reattach the switch plate, covering the screws with a paper towel to avoid chipping the paint.
