Very recently, I came to know about TSIIC lands in Telangana. I heard a few of my colleagues talking about investing in TSIIC lands. I was unaware of it so I asked them what are TSIIC land and can I buy TSIIC lands. So, they explained everything about TSIIC land to me.

A project of the Telangana State Government, TSIIC (Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation), also referred to as TSIIC, aims to provide infrastructure through the growth of industrial regions. The Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC) was founded with the goal of locating and developing significant growth centers in the state of Telangana, each with developed plots or sheds, roads, drainage, water, power, and other infrastructure facilities; offering social infrastructure, such as housing for workers close to industrial zones; and collaborating with the agencies concerned with providing communication, transport, and other facilities. Public-private partnership projects are also ongoing at the Corporation.

Can we purchase TSIIC alloted land?

Yes, we can by following the procedure of filing an application with TSIIC for allotment of land. I will explain the entire process to you.

Application: e-filing through

TSIIC website portal

Submission: The applicant must present the completed online application form that was downloaded, duly signed by the applicant or the authorised person, and valid supporting documentation in person to the head office or zonal office. Scrutiny: The Sub-committee, which is made up of representatives from the TSIIC, PCB, SFC, Commissioner of Industries, APITCO, and technical consultants, will examine the DPR and accompanying papers and make recommendations regarding the amount of land to be allotted. The State Level Allotment Committee, composed of the same members, will decide whether to accept, defer, or reject the application after taking these suggestions into account. The applicant will receive the committee's verdict through his or her registered mobile device on the same day.

Provisional Allotment: After making a decision on the allotment, the appropriate Zonal Manager will publish a provisional allotment letter in the applicant's favour along with a site plan in seven (7) days.

Payment of land cost: Within 90 days of receiving the allotment orders, the allottee must pay the full cost of the premises as stated in the allotment letter. The outstanding sum must be paid at the corresponding rate of interest from the 91st to the 180th day. The provisional allotment will be revoked without additional notice after 180 days. No requests for allotment restoration will be taken into consideration.

Final Allotment orders: After receiving the full cost of the land, plot, or shed, the zonal manager will issue the final allotment letter within seven days.

Execution of Sale Agreement and Physical Possession: The Zonal Manager must execute and register the land sale agreement within 21 days of receiving all the paperwork in the TSIIC-required format.

Possession: Within one day of the sale agreement's registration, actual possession of the land will be granted.

So, if you too were wondering can I buy TSIIC lands, this is your answer.
