I assume you are talking about the MHADA property. I want you to know that it is illegal to purchase an MHADA property before the 5-year lock-in period. If anyone sells or buys an MHADA property before the completion of the lock-in period, the transaction will not be considered legal. If you want to buy the property before completing the lock-in period, then this transaction will solely be based on trust and you can register the property in your name after the lock-in period is completed.
