Hey friend,
E khata is a document that is issued by the Government. IUt holds information about the property. There shouldn’t be any problem if you have shared a picture of the document with someone you trust. Though, I would advise you to not share personal, legal documents like that as fraudulent behaviour is rampant. Rather, just share the details enquired by the person via a mail or message but not the entire document.

Can E khatha pic be shared to other person will there be any problem
My friend is planning to buy a property in the same layout and asking me to share a photo of my E Khata over WhatsApp, just to see. I don’t mind helping, but I’m a bit hesitant. Is it safe to share this? Could sharing it cause any legal or ownership issues? Can someone misuse it?
