The conveyance deed cannot be cancelled, once executed.
Further, neither the additional commissioner / Commissioner of the Corporation department nor the Registrar has the power to cancel the same as per law.
But, it can be challenged and cancelled by the order of the Court only. Only the court has the power to pass any such order to cancel the registered deed by a decree and judgment after hearing all the parties to the transaction in the suit for cancellation.
