Let me first tell you what is peri urban zone in HMDA. They are zones of transition from rural to urban land uses situated between the outer limits of the rural location and regional and urban centers.
Can We Construct House in Peri Urban ZoneIf you want to construct buildings in peri urban zones but there are some conditions and you may have to take permission from HMDA.
In peri-urban zones, buildings are allowed with a ground coverage of not more than 25% with 15 m and 18 m height constraints for non-residential and residential uses. Certain parks, institutional activity, recreational outdoor activity, movie studios, holiday resorts, etc. are also allowed in these zones.
