I assume you are asking Can a person who is not a party to any document or transaction give evidence to such documents just merely on the basis of the knowledge of the existence of such a document. Well as per Sections 60 to 62 the evidence must be a direct source of evidence such as a person who knows about the document itself or who was a party in creating a document or has approved the document, signed it knowing about the contents of the document.
