Hey,
If you have finalised a flat with any of the builders in the city, then there are certain things which you must do. Once you have finalized the house, you will have to give the booking or token amount to the developer who will then give you an acknowledgement. After you verify all the details and legalities of the flat, a sale agreement will be created between you and the builder/developer with information related to the property and payment (installments, timelines, etc.). You can then apply for a home loan and complete the registration process further in the SRO office.
